At Autelpilot, we want you to be fully satisfied with your professional drone equipment. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unopened condition.
Submit a Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all flight controllers, batteries, cables, and manuals.
Ship to Autelpilot
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's serial number and condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
